If your order has not shipped, you can email us at help@susansown.com and we'll do our best to update that for you. We do fulfill pretty quickly and cannot guarantee any address updates after an order has been placed.
We 100% cannot change addresses once the order has left our warehouse. While we aren’t able to divert your package to a new address, we do suggest contacting the carrier or your local post office to set-up a forwarding address for future shipments!
